General Requirements

  • Valid Driver’s License with own reliable transportation 

  • Minimum of 2 years construction experience 

  • Good references & history of reliability & safety 

  • Company paid Pre-Employment Drug Screen & Physical 

  • Company paid Child Abuse, Drivers, Criminal & FBI record checks 

  • Bertolet Construction also performs post-accident, reasonable suspicion, return-to-duty and follow-up drug and alcohol testing 

  • For your safety, we require all employees to wear or use all protective equipment as required to comply with safety policies & procedures
